Why on earth is the BIN the same as the starting bid? Why not just do BIN?

Seller calls them a US 10 but I bet they're an EU 10 - almost 13" long.

Not even an EU 10. An ITALIAN 10. Probably 1 1/2 sizes up to US size... 11 1/2.

That makes sense - I have an old pair of Costume National boots that are in Italian 8 and they fit US 9.5

Garnier's ended an hour and a half later almost $200 more. I assume it was more due to the timing of the auctions as opposed to the difference in shoes?

In days gone by you could only achieve international visibility by listing an auction- so most people would list a BIN with auction starting price a penny cheaper.
Not sure if that rule still applies.
