I was thinking the shoe bags look just like my C&J bags, but didn't want to make my decision based on that laugh.gif

I have seen EG for E&R before. Nevertheless, based on information provided by seller, they don't seem to be either C&J or EG. Maybe Grenson? That seller knows English shoes, so if he cannot identify the maker, it's probably not one of the more popular ones.

I don't know much about women's clothing, but this would seem to be a decent buy, correct?

Also, since when does Isaia only charge $1200 for a full length cashmere coat? confused.gif

I am fairly certain that those BB are made by EG (seen that nail pattern on very old EG before). That pair has been on ebay for awhile, though I am not sure if salvageable.

These are in pretty rough shape. The uppers are fine, but these are due for a resole. That loose stitch should be fixed when the shoes are resoled anyway, but for $300, this is not that great a deal. I'm sure these will shoot up quite a bit at the last second too. confused.gif

Can't re-sole norvegese shoes so easily. I usually just topy them once the original soles wear too much. Also, those soles may well be fine. I'd like to have a closer look at the heel from the back to see how much it has worn down. That darkening and minor "pitting" of the sole leather can happen with stepping in water. I've got some Church Graftons that I use as bad weather shoes & the soles look like crap ( darkened & very small pits). On closer look, the soles are still extremely stiff & barely starting to wear.

Funny thing is that the Berluti name can get such high bids. These are made in the same factory as Stefanobi. Call these Stef's, and someone's going to get some great Norvegese for well under $200.

EDIT: Just realized these were a part of PTO's list. Damn.

Not sure if this guy's a member here, in which case I apologize in advance, but his pricing for used shoes (some with ripped leather at the vamp from being dried out perhaps, and other sort of dark stains) seems a bit aggressive . . .

Concur with that , i thought i might be the only one who thought that. I actually wonder if he sells anything.

Yeah, been watching this seller for a while now and he buys the shoes he's selling off Ebay too for cheap (20 - 50 UKP) and resells them for 100 - 200 UKP. No problem with that but I noticed he isn't completely honest about the condition of the shoes.

Third time these showed up on eBay... Buyer beware, one foot is shorter than the other.
