Two pairs of John Lobb double-monks with bags and trees on eBay.fr for a good BIN.

Nice price -- wish I liked monks.

I bought these b/c I wanted to see their construction. They aren't Grenson or Cheaney. I am pretty sure they are G&G. An SF search turned up another pair previously sold that were made by G&G. They aren't my size, so they will probably make it to the B&S soon.

Wow. But the boot says E and his listing says D. Can someone help?

I was going to get these, but 12" long and 4" wide is very small for a 10.5B. All of my 11As and 10.5Bs are a good 1/4" wider and 1/2" longer.
I know sole measurements are almost useless, but any idea on why these are so much smaller?

B/C and 'E' width is standard width in the UK.

Maybe they are women's. That would make them an 8.5D men's.
