seller is a senior member here and I've never had a problem with anything I've bought from him. It is hard to see a rating of 9 but the pictures are detailed and tell the story.

I just saw those and thought the exact same thing. I think an 8 is would be incredibly generous. That type of stuff really turns me off to sellers.

I believe a seller has an obligation to give an accurate and honest description that is not contradictory to the pictures... But you're right, at the end of the day, a buyer needs to look at the pics and judge for themselves. I've heard of shoe trees, but I doubt the previous owner of those shoes has.
