I would've, except they're a C. Slightly weird size and the second tine I've seen NOS EGs on Ebay in 12.5C. Obviously never see them in a sensible size like 12.5E - I guess those ones all got worn!

Very nice deal for someone lucky enough to have long thin feet.

Same seller has these  (300 euro, only 1 day left)

They don´t look very brown to me, but might be the light.

People pay outrageous prices for used Berluti. Very silly, especially given the abundance of (Italian) shoes along the same lines that are cheaper, more stylish and better-made.

Yeah, not a big fan myself, but know there are loads in here!

OK, in your opinion, which RTW Italian shoe brands are "along the same lines, cheaper, more stylish & better made"? Sadly, I agree with this. Years ago, Berluti was more "cutting edge" in terms of styling and finish.

Personally, I elect Bontoni, which has surpassed Berluti a while ago.

eBay seller snowboarder3311 has a nice selection of Marcoliani socks available for $20 ea. Normal price for these is >$30. I restricted myself to just two pairs of Merino argyles.

I think these are something like $22 for mid calf wool and $24 for over the calf wool in stores, no? That's how much they are at Alden and The Hound Clothiers in San Francisco.
