The Tradingpost in Ginza is staffed by assholes, and considering they are within walking distance of Washington and a couple of other high end shoe stores I don't know how they do any business.
I have no idea about the quality of their own brand of shoes, I won't go into the joint again.
Only ever been to the Fukuoka branch. They are always extremely helpful, and offers to polish my shoes and such if they´re not superbusy with other customers. Quite fond of the place, really! Now, they don´t have my sizes at all, and with my mother visiting now, they didn´t even have hers (unless she went mens models)
I´ve had soles changed there though, as well as bought lots of tools. Never any trouble!
The people at the ginza branch might have that Tokai-attitude!
