Ah, a bit confusing... These are not RLPL... I messaged to see where they were made and got this response:

These are made in the UK. They are my own custom line of mens dress shoes.

They are very nice looking, but I'm not sure about dropping money on them without knowing the maker, especially from a seller with a spotty record.

I'm trying to get more info from the seller; they look nice based on the pics, but would like to know specifically if they're made in Northampton, and by whom.

Yeah, I sent that question too. Haven't heard back. The heel pattern doesn't look familiar to me.

Here's the response I got:

"We use top quality calf skin leather from Italy, France and the UK GoodYear welt, leather soles, leather lining.

Quality is superb as I'm sure you can tell by the pictures.

They are made by a factory in the UK, in NorthHampton. It's not a big name you may be thinking of. They are full factory and they don't make their own line of shoes. I'd rather not disclose the specific factory.

Try them out, you won't be dissapointed."

I think I'll take the plunge; I need a chelsea and these look good.

Gentlemen... ALWAYS check Ebay feedback before doing business! Seller has 94%, which is quite low for ebay if a seller has 100 transactions (5 bad ones!)

THEN, check the feedback itself...

"THESE JORDANS ARE FAKER THAN FAKE..WHAT A RIPOFF..NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO ME!!!!"

"went through paypall to get my money back BIG SCAMMER of FAKE shoes BEWARE ! ! !"

THEN, he's selling these "Ralph Lauren PURPLE LABEL style" shoes? Soles look like faux G&G. Top Secret Northampton factory. Buyer Beware on this one.

Hi, I want to sell a brand new pair of Church's size 9 UK, EU 43, US 9.5.

They were given to me as gifts but are too large for me. I believe they are end of the line Church's model that comes brand new in box. Please visit my eBay listing to check them out. I started with a low price of £89 so grab yourself a bargain!

Hell yeah. Why have buckles at all if they are on the inside? Maybe to show them off when you are sitting with one leg over the other?
