Quite nice. Also quite likely to be UK size as I can't see Ede making/ selling many shoes for the US market.

He has responded to and posted a question. The shoes are a 10.5/11E so they are a UK 10.5 and a US 11D.

those shoes are quite old (nice though) but the sole is worn through on one of the shoes (dark spot in the middle)

 

doesnt look like its worn; stock heel is still pretty much in decent condition and tip is looking still good, that dark spot is probably watermark or some other mark.

I actually think that those are in pretty good shapes: barely any exposed stitches (only a bit at the tip), no upper damages that I can see, even though the style is not very desirable.

I bought a similar belt and it was branded Tardini.

It was leather instead of alligator.

Misspelled C&J x BB penny loafers with some interesting tweed detail US 10.5D in black and brown starting at $100.

BIN is not very attractive, but the tweed detail is interesting, the condition is fairly good, and the misspelling may reduce competition.
