Those are tough to find but IIRC Guidi makes a similar lace boot (high heel, but no speed hook) in purple-y brown pigskin.

Lazzari or PNP can do a custom order, if there is any leather/color/model/sole you want. Takes about 30 days.

no- there's different soles (thickness) you can get, usually designated to a letter at the end of the model number.

Example: 988ms or 795Z..., models with no letters are regular sole (height-wise).

Alessandrini.
decided to get this anyway despite yoox ****** me on shipping and duties.

Both purchases very SQ4you inspired, the black fleece have a nice high rise, like his thom pants. The Alessandrini won't match his yellow prorsum blazer but it's the same idea in that i'll need a lightweight unstructured blazer for the upcoming summer.

Paging synthese, paging synthese, please bring your gold shoes to the Lanvin aisle

I really need to expand a bit texture wise. Lanvin (shoes aside) is largely off my radar because the materials tend to be super delicate. That jacket is nice.

I almost copped the blue and purple metallic shoes, they also did copper, gold and I think another color that season. Ah the good ol days of lanvin. Those sweats were 2200 also, almost copped at 80 off but they were gone.

Good old days? It's still pretty good. FW10 is hit and miss but so is just about everything, and the hits are very good hits. Textures are great, lots of different silhouettes, and a few "do want" pieces. I thought it was well styled overall. Couple of fits were kinda crazy.

Planning to. Aeglus' white bucks would make it sick. I have some brown C&J wingtips which should be par, but maybe by the time summer comes around i can get something better.

Haha! Very similar, linen cotton blend too.

was also looking at this Marc Jacobs one:

The cut looks *********** photo but i bet it's nicer than that. In the end the alessandrini one was a bit cheaper and it was side vents so i went with it.

JD what's wrong with high rise?
