Thanks for the help guys. I'm not trying to be that guy to derail the thread but I'm a 11 in nike and new balance, 43 in CP, and 44 in MMM. Sounds like I'd be a 10 or 10.5 in Virgil's and skagways which are on my radar if i can find them at the right price. I'll have some recent purchases to contribute next week when they arrive smile.gif.

I've been eyeing up those olive wool ones too.

I used to wear olive wool pants all the time before I grew too fat for flat front trousers, so I know I'd wear the crap out of them...

They are a dark inky black, soft horse, no heavy scarring.

They looked really rigid but they are surprisingly supple, they have had the zippers replaced with RiRi M8's but they have only been worn a few times (unvibramed and good conditon, stitching all intact and can still see name on sole), so the zippers must have failed or maybe replaced because the RiRi's are butter nice.

Either way the price was great, I haven't seen this good condition CCP for this price before.

Pretty damn happy with them.

Thanks man!

How do they wear with your Bobby Geller bombers?

I really like the look of them, so I'm thinking of ordering something similar, but black roughout.

The wedge sole and suede just work so well...

Sounds like luc-ptc. Not sure why the zips would fail. Enjoy.

You know, I think it works. I was a little unsure how the whole "visvim" modern cowboy look would mesh with geller and especially the small hems on the type D denim, which is basically all I wear. I think with the virgils they somehow slimmed down the concept of the work boot but also maintained a really nice overall balance in the shape

Here's what I'm wearing today (tencel bomber) and I also liked them with flight pants..

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Picked up a j crew fleece baseball/bomber jacket thing for $16.65 in store today.
Was on sale at 35 and I passed on it, so it probably wasn't even worth the $16.65 but whatevs. Maybe I'll just bomb in it and get paint stains on it, or I could play baseball in it but then I'd be a dumbass who plays baseball.

The Neo-Heritage branding is jarring and their marketing tacky as fck but their clothes are actually decent and MIE.

That and the way they display their stuff on the website is pretty... bad. I got my Bomber at 60% off, so I'm diggin it.

Nice. The boots are also worth looking at. Made by Cheaney.
