Well Mikey the bad news is they don't speak a word of English. I sent them 2-3 emails trying to explain to them that USPS lost my package from them and they just kept telling me to go pick it up from the post office.
The good news is that if they have any trouble charging your card, they will ask you for whatever info they need (or just send you a paypal invoice) rather than just cancelling your order right out.
And at the end of my story, I guess the package returned to them because they relisted the item again, for cheaper than I paid the first time, and I rebought it and it arrived safely. Nice 2 month long process though.
On another note, i just bought something on rakuten from the shop 'rinkan' which wasn't as described and they handled it amazingly. Almost instant communication in perfect english and a full refund plus the cost of EMS shipping it back to them. Whole ordeal took like 4 days.
