I mean I hate fun sock as much as everyone but we can't really see his whole outfit so there's no need to be snarky about it.

This one was much baggier than expected, stores measurement is off.

Was hoping both would fit similar to Gellers but they aren't as slim. I could still work with them though.

I have the first pair (or at least, a very similar pair) and the rise is indeed long. I think they look good with long tops, though - like, rick length. I also think the pattern is really cool. Mine are really slim through the calf and hem, too. I'm using them as an excuse to buy some cool black boots.

Agree about a longer tee/shirt working best, I tried it with a DRKSHDW tee and Ann D shirt and the drop crotch isn't as noticeable I guess so it looked much better.

Mine are slim through the calf too and the leg opening is about 6" but it has the buttoned bottom so it makes it easier to wear with boots. I was surprised with the length, it is just about perfect for me. With the high rise (even with the unexpectedly long front), I figure the inseam would be too long but that wasn't the case.

Yup, sounds like the same pair. I really love the fabric. I have a simple plokhov pullover that is also in a nice, thick cotton. I'm looking forward to cooler weather.

I just want to start wearing my leathers again. Also got an AP bomber that didn't get enough wear last season.

What boots are you considering? I still really, really want some backzips myself.

I seriously have no idea. Well, more like I have a lot of ideas. I bought white Ann backlaces today, which are not black, but will be worn with black things. I also want a pair of brown s23m-type boots if I can ever find a pair in my size that I can afford. Black guidi 995's seem like a good proposition, but I've had sizing problems with guidi so far. I meant to buy black ann boots at one point, but like I said, ended up with white ones. So, really, I have no idea what I'm doing, other than aiming for a starring role in a space western.

If I found plokhov's bomber from last season in a 52 (is it last season? the ma-1?) I would probably buy that, too.

Zam Barrett (the belt)

John Elliott

I really like my John Elliot t-shirt in grey, so much so that I want to buy the other two colors.
