It means that SFers would say I should size down but I've done that whole dance a few times over and I'm over buying stuff that looks good but feels like **** because it's too tight.

He's in stage one of the Buying Online Cycle, which is the Euphoria Stage. Tomorrow, he'll try it on again, look a little closer at the mirror, and experience the Disappointment/Dammit-I-Can't-Return-This Stage, which will be followed by several more fittings before he reaches the final stage, also known as Store-It-In-The-Closet-And-Ponder-Whether-to-Sell.


LOL, already done that a couple of times in the past, nowadays I buy only when a) I can easily return or b) it's such a good price that it doesn't really matter.

I guess I'm just not seeing how a nylon (?) jacket sized so tight it was physically uncomfortable could possibly look good
