anyway, i know what you're saying. everyone likes different things, and pics don't do it complete justice (true of most great clothes). i like minimal, too, and i like this coat - in fact, i think it's quite nice. i just think it's been overhyped and for many people who buy based on that, they'll be disappointed. i've seen so many of these coats pop up recently, and it's hard for me to believe that a good portion of those aren't people who simply didn't like it as much as they anticipated. if you know what you're getting yourself into, it will probably be different. but it can also be hard to tell when you truly like a piece and when you simply want to be a part of the hype. i've been in the latter group myself plenty of times

I've made some of my best purchases by way of the SF hype machine

Forgot about brad's attachment. That's a very nice one too.

Anyways, bought some cool cropped pants for spring and summer.

Chambray

Cool speckled twill type thing

Gonna be cropped pants + floral shirts + white sneakers and straw hats all summer

Ive only tried that balenciaga one but it was not at all warm

Sick tailoring though

yeah, realize it wouldn't be warn enough to wear only a tee or sweater underneath, but just that it's long, slim and has a hood(especially the hood) is very appealing when it gets real snowy and windy

There are obviously other options too, but they're nowhere near as steezy cool.gif
