i made the mistake of returning something for a $200 credit instead of cash last fall. i've only had one purchase from yoox that i kept. admittedly, i haven't made that many orders but it's probably my worst success rate for online clothing stores that i've ordered from more than once. even considering the bad photography, almost none of their stock strikes me as something that would look good and if it does the price is relatively high. not everything on yoox can be an awesome deal but it's hard to justify spending the same kind of money (or more) on their website as i would at retail ones.

bummer re: your success rate, especially because they usually stock lots of ann, raf, wurm type stuff at the beginning of each season

While we're discussing yoox, does anyone know how to order a product that's showing up on the US site, but not the UK site? (I'm in the UK.)

I've messed around with settings and emailed customer services, but everyone seems to say it can't be done. The item in question is dead cheap, and not worth paying proxy fees etc for.

yeah, proxy is your only option

John Elliott + Co - The Cast / Obsidian. Perfect fit for me sized down 1 (From 30 - 29) In my opinion some of the best black raw selvedge around. The fill color on the denim is grey meaning that is will fade into a carbon color.

John Elliott + Co - Villain Side Zip - Black. This is really unique to me because the zippers are functional and it can be worn as a normal crew, or unzipped for less heat or to show off a layer or color below. Zippers are riri! I wear a medium in this. For the longest time I was a small and I find myself fitting into medium more and more. For reference I'm 5'10" 155 lb.

I also have one of their U - Neck curve tees which I preferred in small. Pretty interesting design on that one - nice longer length and slightly curved hem.

Again, as I said before, I know these guys personally. I am not at all employed by them or promoting their stuff, but since there was interest by many members here I wanted to share this great LA made and based new company. I'm an active member and wouldn't even be interested in sharing this if I didn't think it was great.
