ya i know all i've ever got was chocolate though vanilla is good (if you get a good tasting one) because you change change the flavor of the shake depending on what you put in it...i got tired of it and my buddy said this one would taste like a mix of the two so i idiotically listened to him for a split second

are you regurgitating what you've read on bodybuilding forums? I don't read that shit I go on my own observations and it actually works very well for me, so much so that after I went back to regular whey i hated it

what do you look like? how long did you use hydrolyzed whey? I tend to not listen to people who don't look like athletes so if you're some skinny guy or juicehead I'm not really interested

actually i'm the type of guy who lets my physique do the talking for me, by the way you could stand to lose at least 10 lbs

exactly, all i take are aminos and whey, recovery has been much much better and i have gotten bigger because of it indirectly by allowing me to get more frequent workouts in but i'm mostly interested in carving a particular structure with perfect proportion and symmetry

you guys are fooling yourselves if you think anything but roids and carb cycling actually does anything.

Well, I could post the studies from pubmed, posts from Lyle McDonald who wrote the most comprehensive and thoroughly-cited book ever written on protein, interviews with people who are impartial and know what they're talking about, and numerous other sources and anecdotes suggesting hydrolyzed proteins are inferior to intact ones, but I'm not going to change your mind, so by all means, listen to what the ad copy on the side of the overpriced jugs says. But if you think you can discern any perceptible difference between types of cheese manufacturing waste, you're suffering from a wicked case of the placebo effect. I think you just want to buy baller protein.

I'm ottermode. But at the bolded - do you really not see how laughably awful that logic is? It's actually something of a running joke among people in the fitness world.. I would rather seek the advice of someone who looks like shit but gives good advice than that of a bro with good genetics and/or drugs. The people who train the athletes typically look worse than the athletes themselves.

I would attribute that to factors more influential than protein powder - sleep patterns, diet, when the last time you took a training break was, placebo, drinking half a bottle of Laphroaig the night ebfore training, etc.

Btw I'm not anti-protein powders, I just prefer to eat my calories as opposed to drinking them, and dairy gives me acne.

Do you really think that I give enough of a shit about protein that it's something to deem brag-worthy?

Ya that makes sense, I see fat trainers at my local 24 showing people how to work out. I'd trust them too.

Dude just stop arguing with jet, it's a pointless exercise. Or at least don't quote him, I blocked him so I could avoid that noise.

Let him buy his whey. People can try to pubmed and find real resources. We've done enough.

I like this. I bought a CDGH+ hat last year but it ended up being too big. I'm looking for something like the ones from Ann D AW13 (without the veil). Anyone know if these will make it to production?

A John Bull topper like Depp wore Dead Man would be nice, but I'd never be able to wear one.

Admittedly, trainers in commercial gyms tend to be awful. But so do most of the other gym-goers.

maybe you get stuff out of it - I don't

90% of his posts are just him complaining about something
post #32715 of 45426
Dairy gives me acne too, plus, gas. Soy makes my skin itch. Hence, the reason I avoid protein like whey et al.
