vibram soles

I asked about these a while back, and decided to order them. They are indeed from Asos, but I noticed they weren't by them, but a bran called Kr3w. Checked them out and it seemed like a skate clothing company. Figured they're more likely to be of good quality, and at 50€, it's not too bad. My wardrobe's been lacking a pair of cool sneakers.

Also ordered a couple cheap rings and a simple button-down.

From Florence:

Orange deerskin cashmere lined handstitched gloves from Liverano&Liverano. Mike from Epaulet was inspired to order a similar pair for Epaulet after he saw mine when we went out for drinks. Baller gloves, for sure.

Midnight blue peccary unlined handstitched gloves from Madova.

I find that you really need to try on gloves in person if you have medium large to larger sized hands, since the thumbs are often too long at these sizes. These two pair fit like, well, gloves.

I also felt they may look a little long. They made my feet look like flippers in the mirror but I don't think its as bad in a photograph, thoughts? They have a strangely elongated toe for something this chunky (chunky for me, atleast).

My goal is some zip boots that look good with dark or light denim that aren't boring medium brown.

I'd originally dismissed them because of the sole thickness but then I saw some fit pic from aloha rag that made them look decent so I figured I'd give them a shot.

also, sorry for the shit quality pictures, it goes dark way too early in the winter and I'm not sure how long its going to be until I'm at home when its light out
.

Thanks for the opinions guys, but I decided to send these back; they were a bit darker in color than i would like (treatment is really nice though), they fit a bit long for such a chunky shoe, and the thick sole just gave it a work boot vibe to me that i just didn't dig.

If anyone has any other suggestions for a worn in looking beige or light brown zip boot, i'm all ears biggrin.gif
