rfx, let me know how it goes. tried on a 36 in the 'store' yesterday. felt good everywhere but a little too long in the body (i'm short).

What color is the canvas version? It wouldn't be white by any chance?

Will do. I'm usually the smallest size in almost every brand but there is always that possibility that it is too small so the 34 is a shot in the dark. A 36 fitting well on you got me a bit worried though, I think we are pretty much the same size.

UPDATE!

For those curious, the OL summery/thin/shirt blazer arrived today. A 48, it fits pretty much TTS for my 39" P2P, dwindling shoulders, skinny-fat frame. It's nicely short, too, an effect that would be much more pronounced on taller folks (I'm 5'9).

Also, a longshot, but if anyone wants to trade size 33 or 34 Creep slim explorer chinos for a 32, please PM stat. With a 15.75" waist at top, they're a full size smaller than their tweed pants.
