Not incidentally, it was your OL constellation blazer that lead me to this tweed jacket. laugh.gif

I actually like that jacket a lot, but I can never bring myself to buy anything from Creep. The brand reminds me too much of Shades of Greige in that some of the designs are very close to those of Junya/Visvim/WM. From what I've handled the quality is also nothing to write home about, which might be alright considering some of the designs are quite trendy.

That said, it looks like 4 horsemen has a nice cable-knit turtleneck from Creep on sale right now. Paging gettoasty:

Mikey, you should try growing a beard if your facial hair is capable of doing that sort of thing. Would look pretty damn cool I think.

I;ve been eyeing this bedford all season but could never justify paying retail. I was able to grab the the last medium @ 50% off from Inventory's boxing day sale. I received the package today. Me = biggrin.gif

For what it's worth I like it.

I've got a few Creep bits and whilst the quality is nothing to write home about it's not shoddy either.
Difficult to pick up in the UK now though since ASOS stopped carrying it.

If that Creep jacket were a shirt I'd be all over that.

OL isn't that slim. Fits tts, and you could size down if you have really narrow shoulders.

However it would literally be like someone in a suit (or the equivalent of) working in an office where everyone else is wearing Metallica T's.

There's gotta be some form of middle ground.

While I know it's not the same as dressing two formality levels above everyone else, I wear ponyhair boots and stuff to work quite a bit.  I think one person said something once (those are some fly shoes).  The type of person that wears metallica shirts tends to not notice clothing at all.

also mikey I dunno, those glasses look a little wide for your face to me. you should just buy some of the wary parker round frames. or brow lines or something.

meh, tried on some round ray ban and persol frames and they really didn't look good. my face is pretty round. angle is throwing things off too I think, if anything the frames area tad narrow for my face (the arms go out from the frame to my ears, they're not parallel, if that makes any sense).

also, this is a funny example of "can't take everyone's advice." i post in rft and 3 people say "your face is round, get square glasses." post in rp and people say "should have gotten round." appreciate the advice, it's just a good example of the fact that you need to take all the advice you get on here and choose which you follow. in this instance, the round frames looked terrible on me.
