Recent purchases - Part II - Page 1945

Yes, F+B. Bought them in good condition for an okay price, so I could resell them quite good. Originally was looking for boots I can wear with skinny black jeans and leather. Now I think bulkier combat style boots would work better, but not sure.

Well, you have to change it up from time to time i think. They both work, the skinny jeans with tapered footwear as well as the more volume boot i.e. wedge sole perhaps.

What is your concern? If you do not feel comfortable in them style wise, sell. Can't nobody change your perception. If it is quality, my pair of F+B side-zips have held up well. F+B is basically my go to boot at the moment.

Thanks, I think I actually saw that earlier and missed out on the code. Pretty sure I'd need a small, and all they have is medium at this point.

I'm a small, but picked up medium because it seemed like a good price and that's what they had. They'll only really be worn under sweaters, and all sizes are the same length. If the torso is too much like a tent, they will still be cheaper than retail after tailoring.

nice pick up. I'd run some wax over them for a unique apperance.

Thanks, little nervous about the sizing but as a ~37 it should work alright.

I think people suggested to go one down, but there's no way in hell that worked for me. I went with my MMM size and sizing was perfect!

Review on RG jeans:

Fit is amazing, little loose in the top block, heavy taper. Very comfy. Hem is a tad bigger than I'd like.

Color is much deeper than pictures indicate, and the fabric is soft but feels durable. Nice detailing. Very happy overall

Just put it on hold, with the intent to pay it off in a week's time. There's a fear that it'll be too bulky in the stomach, but the price is unreal so I'll take that risk. Fit pics forthcoming

Reedo, you have a super-defined jawline; I doubt anyone is going to mistake you for chubby, if that's your biggest fear.

Only good iteration of that jacket is the dark alpaca. I think you should hold off; from your posts it seems like you're settling only because of the price.
