Recent purchases - Part II - Page 1937

was pondering whether to get the ipod touch 4 or 5 (in sweden they're expensive,~300 $ and ~400 $), figured today I'll buy my friends iphone 4s for 380 $ instead icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Lol.

People care too much about which phone they use. I still have a non-smart phone from 3.5 years ago and feel like I could live this way for a while longer. I've never had a smartphone so I really don't feel like I'm missing out.

Anyway, phone talk (and music talk...and car talk.......) should be kept to different sub-forums in my opinion. I bought some eye drops today but I'm not posting them in here. It might say recent purchases but the fashion-related part is implied.

This is why I don't care about the bigger screen. I don't watch video on my phone very often and if I want to watch a video or look at a website on a bigger screen I'll grab the ipad; for everything else the 3.5in screen on my 4s is plenty big enough. Plus large phone = more awkward to carry around with you... I can't imagine trying to stuff a Galaxy Note in the front pocket of my jeans. As far as 4g - kind of the same as with screen size.I'm sure its great if you stream video, but its kind of unnecessary otherwise. I find 3g fast enough for everything else I use my phone for (directions, web browsing, etc) my only issue with 3g is actually getting a continuous and strong signal; I've gotten little to no 3g signal in any office building I've worked in.

hah yeah, well I've had the same shitty lg for 5 years now(which constantly shuts down, delays messages by several hours, and sometimes doesn't ring even though people are calling), and my ipod touch 2gs headphone jack is broken so there's only sound in one ear
i'll manage without a leather jacket for a while, but I really need a new phone blush.gif

also, when I do eventually order one I think it'll be a dark whiskey calf moto in 46, can't get one of those for 400 $

Hmm, I haven't seen much about these on the internet, so I figured I would give em a shot:

Listed as 'camper to&ether' (wtf?), they're from the camper/veronique branquinho collab a couple of years ago. We'll see if they're worth the $170, as I wanted a nice casual oxford, and this fits the bill.

They also have a grey pair in a pretty full size run. Worth a look, I think.
