Incredibly, they ought to arrive today. Really helps that S2A's warehouse is so close to Mass.

Thought people might be interested in a photo comparison between CPs and Svenssons (bought from their online shop). Sizing is the same (44, in this case) and the fit is similar. In the lows, the toe shape is nearly identical and the Svenssons are just a bit wider. The mids are wider, overall, and a bit more rounded. As people have mentioned, the Svensson leather is much softer, shinier, and may be higher quality (may not wear as well -- we'll see).

There are other stylistic and construction differences that would be hard to notice without direct comparison. Think I prefer the Svensson lows to the CPs -- somehow more of a shoe and less of sneaker? Of course, now I have too many pairs and will probably list the mids in BS.

Shipping is expensive (200 SEK = 30 USD today) and took 10 days, total. Amazing deal, though, especially on sale.

svenssons do look much better. shape and leather pop a bit more. even the laces stand out more than the cp's. svenssons even remind me a bit of the balenciaga trainers.
