Nike usually get shitted on when it comes to running shoes but they have really improved and expanded their line in the past few years. They have definitely improved and are more focused on the sport these days. My Pegasus 28 has given me 400-500 miles on the road easily. My LG+3 is approaching that much mileage too and to be honest, if I didn't want to change shoes so much I can probably get a few more hundreds on those. I just use the Pegasus as strictly hiking shoes now and it is still holding up really well. The first gen of lunarlon soles did have bottoming out problems but I am on my second pair of LG+3 and I haven't experienced it yet.

Gonna read "What I Talk About When I Talk About Running" here after finishing Cloud Atlas and Lolita, hoping it encourages me to finally attempt a marathon. Love running, but things always crop up in my life that get me off track and set back my endurance, very discouraging

If we all get to decide what categories beside garments get to be posted here we'll end up with cars, computers, books (well very little), prostitutes, diplomas etc.

LOL!!!

where did all these authors come from? and why do all the 20 year old hipsters like them? i realize murakami is from the 60's, but 15 years ago, hunter thompson and anthony burgess were considered cutting edge to budding young readers. is wiki or the internets to blame?
