I know, right? I'm finally living out my airship pirate fantasies.

I was prancing around in them like a ninny, and I think that they will look awesome with looser pants. All the runway looks were slim, but they're so fantastically romantic that I think some cossack gear will go very well with them.


The pants are Silent oversized denim from a couple of years ago, hugely baggy, taper down to about 7.5". They're a pretty cool cut but they're actually a little loose and a little overpowering, so I think I'm going to try to take a little bit of the volume out at some point.

is the taper at the knee or below? I am going to get some baggy thrift numbers and do some heavy tapers.

Starts about the knee. Really long rise, though, particularly in the back. The leg is sort of balloon-shaped, like this: ()

gotcha. I wanna go for something like this, so yeah, those are considerably 'balloon-ier'

geller tee came in. last size was a L so its a little big on me, but i'm mainly using it for layering purposes. will go down a little after a wash. the fabric is so cool, almost feels like a jersey cotton sweatshirt. 

 

Great shirt, especially for the price I've seen it at around the e-commerce circuit. That pants-sneakers combo, however, is a bit ghastly.

Argh, I should've bought that Geller shirt a month ago.  Can it still be found anywhere in size small?

i was wearing the pants/shoes before hand. just threw the shirt on for a quick fit. pants/shoes usually just worn with a regular tee. 

No, I meant the shoes and the pants look bad together. Pants don't really taper enough for them not to look strange tucked into high tops.

ahh yeah. i dunno, i don't mind it. feels right/comfortable to me. i do need to get a pair of jeans with a little more room though so that they're a little more proportional to the shoes.
