I have a friend that will forge you custom knives instead, if you want. as far as I know it's a lot cheaper than buying name brand, and he knows his shit. frying pan - find cast irons killets at antique shows, garage sales, thrift stores, ebay etc. Baking stone and peel...well, who knows. Find some rocks and make your own peel.
