No one. It's cool if they like games. We even have a place where people can talk about games and other tech stuff. This, not the place. Here, we talk about jeans, boots, designer gear, etc...

The issue I have with LAN parties is that people get together to not interact. What's the point? I have nothing against dorky hobbies, though some of them are pretty funny, but having a party where you interact mostly with a computer seems to defeat the purpose of interaction. I personally don't have any video game systems, and actually, don't allow them for my kids. If you want to play a first person shooter game, just learn to shoot. If you want to play a martial arts game, learn martial arts. I can teach you. If you want to indulge in escapist fantasy, play a roleplaying game, you know, with other people; or better yet, write a book.
