Yeah, driving around town is great. Zips around the small streets, easy to park and whatnot.

Taxes and shaken (mandatory bi-yearly car inspection) are also like 1/3 the cost of a full car - I pay like $600-700 a year instead of $2000. Also, with gas prices over $7 a gallon, the mileage it gets over a full size is nice..

yeah thats exactly why I want one, I'm gonna buy a 'real' car too, but I think I want I'd to get a small car to put junk miles on and take the dog places in. Something I can really schlepp around without worrying about it. I wonder how electric cars get taxed and shaken'd? I saw a public parking lot in Akasaka with plug-in stations but that was the first I'd noticed, and I haven't really seen many electric cars around in general still. Maybe like one LEAF and one i-Miev each, that's in comparison to the like, 1,000 AMG Mercedes and 15 Ferraris you see per week in Tokyo, lol.

I'll admit they look pretty bad in that photo, but they're really awesome in person.

That colorway is my favorite ever released for them. I totally regret not kopping when they were first out frown.gif

fistbump.gif you'll like it, and like I said it's got a loose, gauzy weave which makes for a nice texture and weight. it's thick but still light.
