Because spending $5000 to look bad is way more disagreeable than spending $500 to look bad.

I think "jealousy" may be an element, but it's not in the "I wish I had that stuff" way as much as it is "oh my god those awesome things are being worn so terribly my soul hurts."

it's not jealousy. i don't want those clothes. it's that its an offense to the fabric of the world to piss away your money on clothes that don't even look good on you.

also, bought some WWM sweatpants from mr. porter. sized down to S, hopefully they fit.

yah, I think its just really cringeworthy seeing something so bad when you love the items, jet might have a point in my personal investment. Maybe I should just look away and not let my eyes bleed.

because not everything is relative. because that $5000 is a bigger lost opportunity than $500. also you come off as tacky. you are a tacky poster.

So but them yourself then and wear them how you want to. Why do you care so much how I am wearing what I own? Whatever I don't want to get into a long argument here or anything I enjoy this forum and will continue to. And I never claimed you should not criticize my fits, if they are bad tell me that. But constructive criticism would be better than just saying I spend too much money.... Just trying to improve.

I really hate it when other people tell me that they liked "Lost." I liked it first. Well, I didn't like it first. I actually didn't even start watching until the fifth season, I think. But it's mine, and I understand it better than anyone else, and it speaks to me in a way that nobody can understand.

I was trying to be nice about it. I was saying I don't see cohesion from what you buy, and your fits demonstrate that your wardrobe is wearing you, and not vice versa. Its not necessarily that I care, cuz when you post a fit on WAYWT I think one acknowledges you aren't going to be absolved from criticism.
