I bought a Mac too, a Mini and two iPhones the other day. Tri-lingual status on iPhone text messaging is gonna be insane for me and my girl, we need that desperately, Blackberry whatever OS I have does not support Japanese. I have a burnt out LCD TV though, so the next thing I gotta get is... an LCD TV, preferably a 42"... and then get my broken MacBook keyboard panel thing replaced... never ending hassle...

can buy the keyboard panels (it's the whole top with trackpad) on ebay, about $140 IIRC, but I don't know how to put that **** on. Korean Apple A/S center will put a new one on for almost that same exact amount, so no need to DIY; I once had a Korean-version MacBook and when I got it back from the same repair, they had replaced it with a US-version one for me even, without asking. Pleasant surprise. The panel on my current MB is all cracked and chipped on the sides anyway so I'm excited to get it replaced. What's with these things cracking and chipping off around the edges anyway?

my old 2nd (or 1st? I've had it for nearly 3 years I think) gen macbook is doing that too (chipping along the edges). Then again I can blame the cat for this as the beast was CHEWING and RIPPING at the the small splits in the seams making them about 10 times larger. Having played with the new unibody machines I'm not too worried about this; they are solid. Should have this in my hands tomorrow.

yeah both mine have been non-unibody white MB's; I think there i no way around the chipping, it just happens from touching it really. My MB is gonna get used less now that I have a desktop, so it will be cool to keep upstairs in the bedroom or something. The only Apple thing I'd like but don't have a version of now is an iPad, but I'm so late to that party (still not out here) that I'll wait til they release the 2nd gen here with the official 3G SIM.

Sorry for the lousy photos--my camera needs a new battery, and I am using my macbook webcam. The navy and red one is Versace--love this tie. The other tie is a woven Prada tie. As for the belt, it is Brioni, and I am actually looking to sell it. It is a tannish patent leather belt that I just don't have shoes for. There are two points were creases exist, but when worn it is not that bad at all, and most likely fall under the belt loops. I never wore this belt and I got a good deal for it at Filene's Basement. Let me know if there is interest for it.

For the old white plastic macbooks this is a common manufacturing issue with the case--the apple store replaced mine for free.
