That's great, but why, this comes across as more of a "I'm proud to be different" comment than one intended to be constructive or usefully critical. True that the same could be said about people who just say "I like x", but I think it is more obvious why someone would like those suits, rather than why they wouldn't.

well it's not like telling him will help now, and he's obviously OK with them. i don't have any critiques for the tailoring; i simply don't like the base suits to begin with, and i was just stating i don't like them.

Maybe I was being a bit pedantic, but it did come across more as a self-righteous opinion than a critique, and I know how defensive you yourself can get when seeing one of those referring to you, so this isn't something you aren't familiar with and thus I figured you'd be a bit more constructive in your remark.

Also nn obviously spent a lot of money on those suits, so that affects the weight of the opinion too, probably wouldn't have said anything if it was just a comment on any old piece of clothing.

More on-topic: nicelynice: I really love the Dries suit, fits very relaxed and thus suits your smaller shoulders. I think the raf is nice too in being slim and form fitting. The Jil suit I'm a bit unsure on however as it looks a tad wide in the shoulders and with this it seems to 'stick out' somewhat rather than contouring to your body, this might be intentional however.

Picked these up today.

AE at Nordstrom Rack in Union Sq and RB at CO-OP (had a view decent items)

Each were about 100 bucks.

Now I am not trying to defend this dude by any ******* means, but those share many silhouette similarities to Lanvins. Is brand name that strong for people nowadays? Not firing shots, just pointing something out.
