Thanks for the Boylston Trading Co. code, Monn1k- you're a lifesaver (and money-saver)! I just picked up a pair of Oakstreet Booatmakers trail oxfords and a blue chambray Gitman Vintage shirt. By the way, a plug for Oakstreet: I called them and had the pleasure of speaking with the founder, George Vlagos, who answered his direct line on 2 rings and was unfailingly polite. Even though I wasn't ordering directly from them, he took time to give me a little more insight into my dilemma (boat shoes vs. trail oxfords). Interestingly enough, the trail oxfords are their best sellers. I still want to try some Rancourts, but I can't wait to wear my OBMs!

I've been looking for decent jogging shoes (most of them look damn ugly) and this is the only one I like. Problem is I can't find any stores that stocks them

I will perhaps make a larger purchase by somone i do not know from the U.K. The amount is about 2500 USD. I doubt that it will happen, but how is my situation if he either doesnt ship the item, or just ship an empty box (giving me track&trace, but nothing in the tracked box. Or if the item is a replica? You have 45 days from payment to put in a dispute if you something goes wrong. just be sure to send it as goods and do not send it as a gift. paypal is generally very buyer friendly as well.
