I've been looking to add a new blazer to my wardrobe for a while. Found one at Club Monaco that fit the requirements: 2-button, unconstructed, casual looking, but it fits way too long. http://www.clubmonaco.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12506123&color=1174774&cp=12243591.12280933.12454394&ab=ln_men_apparel_sportcoats < THat's the blazer in question. Anyone know of any similar products that you can recommend? Can be different colours as well.

I guess that isn't a 'beater' though.

Yeah now I have my eyes out for some in all black...
Not sure if I mind buying some used pair as I am literally going to wear these 3-4 days a week, and thus the quality/construction will deteriorate quick

To give you an idea of what I am thinking about, a pair of blacked out leather converse chucks.
I already have pairs of dress shoes, just want something to rotate for everyday wear that is comfortable.
Something that will just blend in in terms of color rather than style?

I don't know if you'd consider Oxford shoes as dress shoes but I think that's another alternative for you. Pick one in either dark brown or navy just to make it look more casual than dress shoes. But if you still think its too much like dress shoes, I suggest boat shoes similar to this: http://www.infinityshoes.com/Timberland-Mens-Classic-2-Eye-Boat-Shoe-2749.html?utm_source=linkshare&utm_medium=merchandiserfeed&siteID=Hy3bqNL2jtQ-erllcbnAO.vkMCphIh8gvQ
