Yes on you it does. If you were a bigger person, a loose fit like that would be perfect. You're skinny so everything will look better on you quite slim fitting.

Agreed. Your chest isn't wide, so when a jacket bulges out on the bottom half of your torso it's unflattering.
I bought a Jcrew Holborn trench this past weekend, and 2 hours after the purchase I put my hand in the pocket and somehow it ripped. Will Jcrew do something about this? Is there a point to bring it to the store and ask for an exchange? Thanks in advance for you help

Yes I think you can show them you just purchased it and the pocket is already ripped. So obviously some quality control problem and they should give you a refund/exchange.
How important is a vent on a peacoat? I actually dont like the look of a vent on a peacoat though I'm not sure the difference in restriction.
I think vents are important on almost all coats that you would wear buttoned-up most of the time. Since my butt is big, I prefer double-vent though most coats I see are single-vent.
Im looking at purchasing CP's any idea if they run big? I am usually a 13 (Chucks) but the largest size ive found is a 46 which is around a 12? any idea if these would fit??
thanks
Brandon
I'd say they run slightly big. I'm a 40 in MMM GATs and my 40 CPs are slightly big though still wearable.

Yes. Take it in. The sooner the better. They should exchange it for you. If the sales rep won't, ask to speak to a manager.
I have some brown Paul Smith boots that darkened a while back from a shoe cream I applied. It's been over 4 months and they have not lightened up much. Is there anything I can do to them to get the leather to appear closer to it's original, lighter, shade?
What is the maximum drop a tailor can work with? Recent weight loss leaves me as a 48 jacket and 36 waist, and I know most suits are 6 (or sometimes 8) inch drop? I buy separates on occasion to deal with this but most nicer suits don't have this option.
Just noticed I posted this in the streetwear forum, DOH.
I'm not sure if I like this sweater or not, or maybe i'm not sure if it works for me? It's Lands End. Please ignore the picture, i'm not very photogenic and it was taken at 5 am after being up 24 hours.
