Any alternate suggestions under the $200 mark would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.

Have Luxire make you a pair.

Where can I buy a decent monochrome black belt? All the ones I came across seem to have silver or gold coloured buckle.

Signed up to get some advice on getting myself a jacket. The problem is I don't know what to search for to find the kind of jacket I want. It's a sort of harrington style jacket but when I type in harrington I get the usual ones which have tartan inside and the collar isn't the same as what I want. So I guess it's not a harrington I'm looking for. Others that come close are coach jacket, and workers jacket.

I like this Carhartt one but it has print on the back and not really wanting any print or logo if I can avoid it

Anyone able to help me out? Places to look to find this sort of thing, more search terms etc. Any help appreciated

The original of the style you're after is the MacGregor drizzler or antifreeze (which James Dean wore in Rebel Without a Cause). Studio D'Artisan has a nice reproduction, but it may not fit you: http://blueingreensoho.com/site/index.php?page=shop.product_details&category_id=2&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=15715&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=62

Polo Ralph Lauren does them regularly, but they always have his horse logo. You might try a Google search for "drizzler jacket".

Can anybody point me to some solid trench coats under $150? I'm looking for a raincoat to wear over sportcoats and jackets only. No need for anything fancy that'll last for 10 years or hand craftsmanship. I probably haven't finished growing anyhow so something cheap is preferable. Also, I would prefer one that came in measured sizes rather than S,M,L.

Not possible.

What would you recommend at under $300?

Any reason for your preference?

Personally I prefer overdyed and washed for black denim. I'm not a big fan of fades in general, but I think if you must have fades you're better off getting them on indigo denim for that workwear look. Overdyed black just seems to look better with aesthetics that black denim is typically used in.

Also, black denim hardly fades to begin with. Raw seems kind of pointless since the dye attaches more securely to the denim to begin with.

Is it possible to go to a tailor and get a blazer altered from a current size of 40 L to a new size of 36 R ?

Here are the measurements on the blazer:

It's a slim fit 40 supposedly; recently I've been told this jacket will fit closer to a 38. Obviously it looks sick that's why I want to alter it, if I could get it in the size I need in the first place I would.

Marked Size: Euro 50 R

Shoulders, widest point: 17.75"

Chest: 42"

Waist around: 39"

Length, bottom of collar: 31"

Sleeve length, top of shoulder: 27" (to let out: 1")

Lapel width: 4.25"

The biggest issue is the shoulders. These cannot really be changed. While any jacket can be taken in (or potentially let out) by an inch or so, more than one size change starts to mess with pattern and seam alignment.

anyone know where to get something similar to those margiela belts without any buckle? Don't wanna fork out 300 bucks for a margiela one. Thanks

Thinking of buying theses boots to wear with black denim and maybe even indigo raw denim. Yay or nay? Maybe black suede or something totally different would be better?
