I'm sure all the fast fashion places will have a knockoff of the SLP varsity by now.

I'm certain they have as well, but after a decent amount of searching I can't seem to find one that strikes my fancy. I was hoping someone might have come across one that they considered to be the closest to the original and that they might be able to give me a little more direction in my search.

Unless you get really lucky on eBay, it will be hard to find. This past season the almost exact belt was made but with a hook closure instead of a pop in closure. Margiela does something similar every season, just look out for it on their website

In fact this season they have one (not in a very attractive texture I think) but maybe a plain leather one will be available soon

That's what I was afraid of. I have already been looking on ebay for a few months but didn't find it yet. I have seen the one on their website but don't like it :/

QUICK QUESTION:

I have twill jeans that are a bit too "regular fitting" for me.

Is it okay to make cutoff shorts out of them?

Any Gosha on sale anybody?

I really want an olive jacket of some sort.

Either a shirt-jacket, an M65 field jacket or something more classic like barbour.

Can anyone recommend me some good brands to look into?

Do vans usually fit TTS slash chuck sizing? I don't remember what size I used to wear as a kid and I'm probably going to get all white ones for the summer.

I'm a 12 in most kicks (Nike etc) but wear 11.5 in Vans.

Hm. Guessing you don't wear chucks? I feel like I used to wear 9's in high school. Most of my shoes right now are 8 for laceless or 8.5 for laced.

They're selling for 30 shipped here so I figured I couldn't really go wrong...

I hate asking questions about sizing but I wear a 7US for Nike and a 39EU (so US6) for Common Projects shoes, what would be my size for Red Wings Chukkas? 6.5 or 7?
