Can anyone chime in on Golden Bear jackets? Just curious on the quality etc.

Thanks.

It seems like a less formal Sterling mac.

Been wearing LVC 1967 505 for the past couple of months and am really digging the fit and moderately high rise. Can anyone recommend raw denim fits? Would like another pair in the rotation. Thanks!

Best winter coat for $300-$350? Preferably some sort of parka.

Where do you live? - i mean how cold does it get where you live? Some parkas like Canada Goose may not (IMO) be very pleasing designwise but they serve a good purpose in countries with very very low temperatures.

For an all around parka perhaps the Fjallraven Greenland parka?

I live in Chicago. I kind of like the Canada Goose Calgary parka, but it's way beyond my price range.

I'll check out that Parka. At this rate I'm close to just sucking it up for winter and buying something during the clearances :/

What about the Fjallraven Greenland Parka? I rather like that one.

Perhaps Ebay, styleforum marketplace or others will get you a used Canada Goose? Otherwise i would recommend saving up or selling some used clothes to fund the good coat. Because yeah, Chicagos winters are tough.

Thank you, i kind of like it. But J.crew is difficult to get in Europe, buying from J.crew.com means heavy customs duties and makes the brand too expensive for what you get.

Sigh, I don't know. I'm not really sold on this. I can't stand paying these types of prices for made in asia products.

Yes. I ordered a fucking Parka from Epaulet and it took 2 weeks to get here because it got left behind at the UPS store. Now I finally get it and it doesn't fit because the sleeves are too short. And I get to pay return shipping.

So I'm pretty much fucked and very angry/bitter about it. 2 Weeks of freezing my ass off all so I could pay a return shipping bill.

edit: Oh yeah the measurements on the site were wrong too. HAHA JOKES ON ME!

Can you lengthen the sleeves?

If the site measurements are wrong I would make them pay return shipping.

I'm looking for a casual briefcase for school. This Alfred Dunhill is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for in terms of both design and price. My question is, what's the quality like on Dunhill briefs? Can I expect it to last me 7 years of daily use?

Does anyone know who makes the shoe at the top of the photo

Bought two leathers jackets and got them delivered to work and i'll probably return one.

Pls excuse the handicapped bathroom pics lol, I'm too lazy to bring both jackets home when i can mail the return from the office.

So thoughts on the jackets....which would you keep? the one on the left (Andrew Marc) or the one on the right (Michael Kors) or neither?
