Where can I get a Cable-knit sweater for under or near $100?

I want something like this J. Crew, but it is sold out in my size (small) :(

Thank you!

Which pair of boots is better?

1. http://ttstore.godohosting.com/shoes/16.htm Material: Faux-Leather

2. http://ttstore.godohosting.com/shoes/235.htm Material : Faux-Nubuck

both are ugly, and buying stuff made out of fake materials is stupid

No one is going to stop you on the street and examine your boots to see if they are made out of genuine leather/nubuck. For a pair of dress shoes, I would invest in a pair made out of genuine leather. Notice that I posted question this in streetwear /denim section.

can anyone provide some shoe suggestions to compliment this suit?
Thinking a darker brown derby, something on the casual side. New at suits plz halp

I think tan to mid brown would look best. Nothing wrong with dark brown though. Could also go with suede in shades of brown but also coloured suede might look pretty good.

1. That's hardly the reason you get shoes made out of real leather, and they are still ugly

2. If you'd get a pair of dress shoes in genuine leather, why on earth wouldn't you get a pair for everyday wear in real leather as well?
I mean, it's not like anyone is going to stop you and examine your dress shoes, but yet you find genuine leather worth it in that case?
3. This makes no sense

Why wouldn't I buy genuine leather shoes? Because I am a college student. I think that would clear things up unless you tell me to save up money or nag my parents to buy myself some genuine material shoes.

In that case, I'd recommend you to either save up money or find some non-pleather pair of shoes/boots.
(I'm a college student too)

Ok thanks, I actually just bought the pair in the second link, which is made of artificial nubuck. Cost $36

good call. im thinking some cheaper dirty bucks from bass/floreshiem/walk over

But would also love suggestions for bucks. Looked at mcnairy, but a little on the higher end of what I was trying to spend.

Also, anyone recommend a good long sleeve white linen shirt or a washed oxford? Looking for something with a button down collar, lightweight fabric. Gitman has one as does norse, but hard to track one down right now.

Thank you!

Check Sierra Trading Post, they have a ton of scottish / English knits for $40-$80 range and they are usually good mills. Like 10x better than J. Crew. Fit won't be as slim but just size down one or two

Uniqlos got a bunch of linens out right now that are nice. Think Barneys has the white linen Gitman possibly this season, didn't check the gitman rack when I was there last time

Black shirt and tan shoes? Yay or nay?

Would a casual black button down shirt go well with some dark washed slim fit jeans and these tan shoes?

or should I choose a different coloured pair of shoes?

Not a fan of those shoes and the polo logo on the side
