if you go to your user profile, at the bottom, there's a link to Edit Signature. a box should come up and at the bottom of the box, it says show off your stuff - there you can select your classifieds to be included

Thoughts on this silhouette? Getting feedback to go even clunkier with the shoes.

So with wedding season fast approaching I wonder if anyone with experience with inexpensive suits could give me a recommendation for a suit with pants that fit similar to Levi's 511s. Ideally I'd like the suit to clock in around $600, because I tend to find weddings to be brutal on clothing. Thanks!

Maybe this thread can help me.
I am looking for some good looking shoes.
I have creative recreations black high top sneakers,
Knock off converse black white toe cap
And some black Johnson and Murphy Melton dress loafers.

I like the more dressier looks,

My general style is a blue/ black blazer
Solid t shirt or button up
Levi 511's black or regular jean color, and soon white jeans once the sun comes out.

I was thinking of a suede Oxford or similar, and I am very open to suggestions

Oh yeah I am also on a budget I am looking to get 2 pairs of shoes under $200

Thank you icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

not sure how people here feel about Clark's desert boots around here, but a pair in taupe suede(or perhaps a different color since you seem to like black) sounds like it would work well for you. plus they can be had for around $80 on Amazon. alternatively, tan suede bucks. I think ll bean or lands end or bass carry them

looking for a crocheted tie in black, anyone an idea where to find one ??

thanks!

Does anyone know of a natural belt that is thinner than the usual 4-5mm thickness they come in?

+1 for the desert boot recommendation. They look pretty good with 511s, are pretty comfy, aren't too dressy to really be worn with khakis or jeans, and in a serious pinch you can probably rock them at a nicer event if you don't have a chane to change your shoes. Seriously I wear my boots way more than my CPs or Svensons in the spring/summer.

looking for a widely cut, but still slim t-shirt that is not visible under a pullover around the neck. any ideas??

For something not showing around the neck you can get a u-neck tee or get a regular tee and cut off the ribbing.
