
What are my options in terms of filing a dispute with a web store that has failed to provide a tracking number after payment has been charged from my PayPal and bank account? I bought something from a store called Eleonora Bonucci five days ago and have yet to receive a tracking number. E-mails have been ignored, as well.
pretty sure that would have been sent as a paypal payment which you can dispute from within the paypal system.
