Can someone recommend some essential, year-round outerwear pieces to add to my wardrobe?  So far,  I have a coupe of hoodies (black, grey, and navy), a black leather jacket, a fleece, and rain jacket.

I'm looking for less outdoorsy stuff, but something that is more suitable for streetwear.  I also don't consider myself particularly fashion-forward, and would rather have something that I can wear year-round without attracting too much attention.

The cheaper the better, but I'll probably be buying used off ebay or Buying and Selling, so feel free to recommend away!

^I'd look into getting a wool bomber or denim jacket, depending on what kind of weather you mean by 'year-round'

Thanks, I'll look into getting a wool bomber.  My leather jacket is already in a bomber style though, so I was considering a simple brown suede jacket.  Would that be versatile fashion-wise?

Would a tailor be able to slim down a pair of thrifted BDU pants?

are creme chimos/cargo okay to wear with them, with dark brown boat shoes?

just for day time casual wear

Those probably aren't thick from the look of them.  I think they are too casual looking to wear with cream chinos, but I do think more of a camel color(the slightly darker tan colors) would work better.

Thoughts? Someone commented "lol" on the granddad jumper, is it something that just doesn't go well together or what? On the other hand I like the variety of colours. I'd match the orange shirt with a pair of black pants, the green one with beige chinos. And I think the red/white/blue/grey stuff would match my new green chinos.

I'd wear anything in your cart so I guess that's a fing02[1].gif
They aren't super-awesome pieces but from what I can see it looks good

Okey nice. Yeah well, they're pretty cheap. I think everything would be around 170 pounds. I'm sceptical about the amount of tshirts though, since I live in sweden and winter/fall will be quite cold, and we'll expect snow. Are they good shirts to have under a cardigan/sweater?

Aha! Uppsala I see, that's where I grew up :)
Well yeah, I want them to look good of course, that's the purpose. Aswell as it being fit!

I'm debating whether or not to buy a vintage Baracuta jacket in size 40.  Since it's vintage, it fits a bit smaller and shorter, about 22" pit to pit and length 25".

I'm 5'10" with a 37" chest and usually wear shirts that are 20" pit to pit that fit pretty fitted.  I'm looking for a bit of a looser fit, but I obviously don't want a jacket that fits too big.  Should I go ahead and buy it, especially since modern Baracuta jackets in 38 have a 21-22" chest measurement anyways?  How easy would it be to get tailored since there's that lining on the inside?
