i have never visited it, but doesnt the SWD section have a fit only thread?

anyhow, any thread, especially a WAYWRN thread that has huge traffic, more everyday as the site grows, will inevitably have common sidetracks. there are lots of people, lots of things going on, and sometimes not a lot of fits, and naturally, sometimes, convo strays. even when we had thumb comments, there were lengthy tangents. as a matter of fact, many of them were triggered by comments that were made in the thumbs, comments that either would not have been made in a post, or would not have turned into convos.

dont get me wrong, i dont mind the conversation, as a matter of fact, i usually like it, it brings out the personality of a lot of people here. but i understand that not everyone feels that way, and that its highly unlikely i will change your mind, or you will change mine. what i am saying is, that imo, i think removing thumb comments will likely make minimal, if any change at all, to the amount of tangential conversation in threads, especially the larger ones.

I can't speak for others, but I imagine many did the following, i know i did.

I did go back and check if there were any likes in my fit pics, as people often used to leave questions in the comments.

Now it would be purely narcissistic.

Could we please ban this idiot? I'm fine with him talking shit about me but he's just blathering indiscriminately with anyone that lets reality intrude upon his delusional mania.

I posted a hurtful comment about idfnl, which Fang appropriately pointed out was inappropriate. So I deleted it. I've been accused of many things in my life, but as far as being accused of being an animal fucker apologist this is a first.

EDIT - And he has written very hurtful things about others. I'd never suggest a banning but perhaps a strongly worded rebuke is appropriate.

Not often I agree with Pio, but idfnl is a complete tool. Maybe not ban, but certainly some consequences for this post and the like seems appropriate.

75% of what I say doesn't warrant it's own post, and I put 75% of those into thumb comments.

while a visual would best illustrate what exactly it is you mean, i think thumbs can be enjoyed by people of all sexual persuasions.
