They didn't cancel. They decided to change their spend to banners. That was purely their decision. Sometimes, affiliates find that they don't have time to maintain a thread. I'm not sure what was their reasoning. I am sorta hoping that they come out with the convertible backpack/shoulder bag.

One of the best decisions I ever made was starting the Thomas persona as really stupid but good-natured and sometimes kind of funny. Fortunately, it's not a stretch from Real Thomas.

Not yet. This might require crossing back over enemy lines in DT.

too bad some folks' personas here are really stupid but unnaturally serious and only funny because you realize how much they suck as real people when they step back from the monitor.

Curb Your Enthusiasm's Larry David is to the Real Larry David as Style Forum's Patrick Booth is to the real Patrick Booth.

The problem from some months ago regarding Import Images & the Rich Text Editor is recurring again. Last time, it was a FF update issue (and FF did update for me yesterday), so it may be solved in the next FF patch, but just in case this time it's at SF's end, I'm posting this here so someone can double-check. Or add to the pressure for Mozilla to fix this again...

Previous fuller post & replies re: this issue below:

I prefer retaining control over which embedded images get backed up by SF, and it's a pain to remember to unclick Import Images now. Wasn't it opt-in before?

Is there a way I can change my settings to return it to an opt-in function instead of opt-out?

If not, and I forget to unclick Import Images on a post whose image I don't want automatically backed-up, I assume if I later delete SF's copy in the My Embedded Images bit of a gallery, that acts to purge it fully from SF's database?

2) The Rich Text Editor is no longer working since I updated to the the latest version of Firefox; it switches to the BBCode format. I presume FF is applying some security restriction to the site, preventing it from being used? Is there a workaround, or is it a matter of just using the BBCode Editor?

Yesterday I didn't have this problem (FF16.1 if that matters), but now it seems you're right.

... yup, no copy has saved to my SF gallery, just the original imgur pic.

So, not an SF problem at all, but something specific to a version of FF that's now fixed, thankfully.

I'm more of a George Costanza here but in real life I'm George Clooney minus the pussy, fame, looks and money.
