Wearing a wool scarf in Florida at the end of May would be like wearing a Hawaii shirt in January here in freakin Russia.

smile.gif That's what started my walking photo thing. The first time I accidentally hit the remote button when walking back towards the camera.

So many awesome fits. Shah I missed you

TTO while this doesn't really apply to this particular fit I'd like to see you wear trousers with a break, actually a lot of breaks, like straight up Margiela status. You do heavy, rumpled fabrics so well but I always feel like the fit falls a little flat when I scroll down to that void between hem and shoe

I have pictures of my father wearing one of those hats when he was sent to Bulgaria for his education by the communists in Cuba around the mid 70's

I have pictures of my father beating the shit out of me 10 yo. Just kidding (weird sense of humor today).

Cuba is a great place. I think your father had a lot of fun there.

Sure! And I think our mutual friend should be getting back from Boston any day now, too, right?

And somehow this would not be out of place at all in our life, either.

Thanks, yeah, shoes are Carmina, the Epaulet ones (duh?), so Inca last and Caramel calfskin.

Debated this purchase a bit, and I realize double monks get a fair amount of hate on here because of the whole #menswear association, but I ultimately decided I didn't care as I really liked everything about these shoes; the style, the last, the leather -- all were perfect for what I wanted.

My style feels like a bit of a mish-mosh right now but at least I feel like I know where I am going with it. My biggest self-critique of the above is that everything looks and feels too new. The shoes need to get some wear on them pronto, and I would want to wear my white jeans while painting my apartment if that weren't itself totally contrived as well. Time should solve these problems one way or another, at least.
