I sometimes think people have a hair trigger for this sort of thing. That they're really giving a thumbs up to the poster, not the outfit.
Very often the case. Also people often add their thumbs to already thumbed pics, so it sorta becomes exponential.
However, I think in Derk's case it looks good. He's good at capturing a laid back ease with his fits (and his photography) which is quite an important part of style as we see it on this side of the board. It's less about the clothes, more about the mood.
