i actually don't have the super straight, stiff asian hair. i have fine, half-straight half-wavy hair :T even if i use product, my hair goes limp unless i use hair spray liberally to keep the hold up...but that's such a hassle lol

nahneun, have you considered tapering or hemming those pants a tiny bit to stop the pancakes near the ankle forming?

Weakest point IMO is the lego cut hair. foo.gif

Those Devoas open up to a boot cut so the stacking is intentional

dunno, i like how the tidy salary-man hair contrasts with the slightly more aggressive outfit. great stuff.

also, wait two or three more months, and you'll have parker's hair (before he went crazy and cut it)

those pants + those shoes

i like the boots, but never been a fan of devoa pants. always look sloppy, especially when juxtaposed against the pagoda shoulder jackets.

Despite all the drama beforehand, objectively it's a really great fit from nahneun.. That jacket is awesome.

I don't think you understand objectivity.

I'm a little scatterbrained on the tuck/no-tuck jeans/button-front/blazer issue.

- Jeans or no - but more so with jeans - I think tucking into really low-rise pants generally looks pretty bad.
- Tucking into jeans easily gives off a casual dad vibe that works well for some people (e.g., NOBD) but isn't always the desired outcome.
- Maybe I'm envisioning it in my head incorrectly, but I think it would look kind of silly to have the tail of the shirt sticking out below the bottom of the jacket, which is going to happen with most cropped, casual blazers.

+1. Pagoda shoulders don't work on me at all, but I really like them in this fit. Good stuffs all around.
