I think unless it's a wedding or interview or something you should ditch the tie and maybe swap out the shirt for something more casual, too.  Also, if it is one of these events, the blazer looks a bit tight in the chest and the shirt collar is too small for the blazer (you need something with a bigger spread so it falls under the lapels).

Was for a start up meeting, which is kinda like an interview. I do agree with the collar, a shirt with bigger spread would help for my massive head.
