thanks, hendrix, i appreciate that a lot. i did try and clean up the stacking a little for the pic, but admittedly, i had no idea what i was doing. i kinda scrunched the legs from the hem up to the knee, and then pulled down from the knee, trying to leave the scrunching/stacking at the bottom. no idea if that it how its done, or if these jeans are a decent enough quality to hold a stack (BB/Levis colab).

also, regarding stacking, in an area that more pertains to what i see myself wearing in the future, how does one get good stacking on chinos/khakis?

just pull the stacks down a little bit and forget about it. It looks fine as is and through the day it'll sorta naturally settle a bit.

It's only for the picture anyway, the main point is that there's a bit of volume down there IMO. Noone cares how neat your stacks are IRL.

In the near future, when Apple releases the iphone 5S, I know exactly how they should display the phones in their store

Not on those wooden counters like they usually do. No, that's boring.

They need to build elisiX sculptures, chest puffed out and all, and insert the new models into the sculptures' right hands. Customers can remove the phones from the sculptures to test them out or press a special button and have their portraits taken by an official Fiberglass Elisix.

I predict a sales increase of at least 20%

Epaulet

LLB

Epaulet x Thorogood

I got these flannel-lined LLB pants as a Christmas gift and they were pretty full-cut to begin with; I had them tapered but I'm thinking I need to have even more done. They still fit pretty big/loose. What do you guys think?

Also they are dark green but for some reason seem to photograph more brownish...

If I can say so myself, there is a lot of win in this fit for me. Sure, it's just a button down, jeans and sneakers, however I am really happy with the execution. Properly tailored clothing makes a world of difference, clearly.

This outfit isn't suffering from any of the issues I was ignoring or not aware before such as cuffing, ill fitting shirts, sleeve roll etc. It's nothing exciting or special, but I feel like it's done right here. Happy to hear otherwise though.

Shirt is unmodified btw. Could perhaps come up a little on the sleeve and body length - but only minimal.

This is probably your best so far. Light top / dark bottom seems to work better for you than most of the other fits you've done. Plus I'm partial to those CPs; they look great with virtually anything.

Nice idea! Do I get a cut of the proceeds? fistbump.gif

I don't know why people think I am puffing my chest - I'm seriously not.

Might be the way I am holding the phone, bending my arm, and holding it close to my body.

hold me close to your body, elisix

That SVB fit... the colors are great. I think the pants could be tapered a lil bit though
