you know, just the other day I took the subway and it was packed like ass to ass bumping tight. There's 3 really good looking guys, I think they're models from out of town who started asking me places to go in the city. So I started having a conversation with them and they even asked me to join them, but I was too shy shog[1].gif so my point is. You might think you know colabear but If you meet me outside of SF, you wouldn't think I'm colabear and when you get to know colabear, you might just change your mind hehe

That stacking just needs to be tidied up a little bit. Tapered jeans would look silly on Stitches here. That extra volume below the knee balances things out in a nice way.
Looks great IMO.

thanks, hendrix, i appreciate that a lot. i did try and clean up the stacking a little for the pic, but admittedly, i had no idea what i was doing. i kinda scrunched the legs from the hem up to the knee, and then pulled down from the knee, trying to leave the scrunching/stacking at the bottom. no idea if that it how its done, or if these jeans are a decent enough quality to hold a stack (BB/Levis colab).

also, regarding stacking, in an area that more pertains to what i see myself wearing in the future, how does one get good stacking on chinos/khakis?

I know this is late, but I love it stitches! Still really want to get a stark, but now that it should be warming up soon, I might just use the money on spring/summer stuff.

I admittedly have a near-Dworkian opinion about fraternities and sororities.

Stitches, has Stark hype reached the other side of the wall yet?

I might not love it as much if it weren't purple, but my Stark is also one of my favorite pieces.  Wearing it now.

are you asking if CM/MC has jumped the stark?

(not actually a Stark, but closest thing I could find to what I was envisioning)

no, not really. iirc the only SNS i have ever seen in the recent purchases thread was NOBD. maybe another person or two who are from the denmark area. NOBD may have posted a fit in it, im not sure. defo have not seen in the regular WAYWRN thread, and i dont think in the MC casual thread either.

cool with me. LEAVE THEM IN IGNORANCE!!! MOAR SNS FOR SWD SWAGGERBOIS!!!!

If I can say so myself, there is a lot of win in this fit for me. Sure, it's just a button down, jeans and sneakers, however I am really happy with the execution. Properly tailored clothing makes a world of difference, clearly.

This outfit isn't suffering from any of the issues I was ignoring or not aware before such as cuffing, ill fitting shirts, sleeve roll etc. It's nothing exciting or special, but I feel like it's done right here. Happy to hear otherwise though.

Shirt is unmodified btw. Could perhaps come up a little on the sleeve and body length - but only minimal.

just pull the stacks down a little bit and forget about it. It looks fine as is and through the day it'll sorta naturally settle a bit.

It's only for the picture anyway, the main point is that there's a bit of volume down there IMO. Noone cares how neat your stacks are IRL.
