I shampoo every day, can't stand oily hair.

Also, bene, do you actually like your own fits?
post #86822 of 117666

Something about that feels very incongruous lmao, like a good biz caz outfit with a rick leather stuck on top.

Yeah that was kind of the point, black jeans would've been an easy choice but this is more interesting. Anyway I wasn't happy with the pic so I'll repost it later anyway

It stops being oily after 2-3 weeks.  Kinda a bump you have to get over.

@VLSI

For the most part yeah.

with short hair I shampoo and condition twice a day and with long hair I usually only condition.

benesyed i think you should try to get a good simple outfit (black jeans / white tee / boots / jacket) before this yohji stuff

post #86829 of 117666

^ I agree, work on the basics before you try to pull stuff like that off

most good abstract artists learn how to draw well classically before they start to experiment, walk before you run etc.

Well, you don't have to go that simple.
Get some diff yohji pants that works well with everything: knits, white shirt, blazers.
I'm not sure what type though, just do some research I guess. I like the ones that new guy in the yohji thread just posted. And asobu has those zipback pants...
I guess I do have something in mind lol!

Do you know what I think would look interesting with this outfit, and I'm not trolling here, is if you cut off the tee 2 inches below the chest like a midriff. It will balances out the volume of the pants and it will create sort of like a kimono line with the sleeves. I think it will look cool maybe with some sandals. I dare you to do it with a cheapo t shirt that you are not using anymore. Just chop it off.

I really don't want to be negative but the problem with Bene is that his fits don't look abstract, it just looks like he really has no idea how to dress, or he was shopping in the xxxl section at goodwill.
