it's just one of those regular size schneider fw mohair/wool blend things- pretty typical sizing, i think same as the ones on suspension point & wherever else. it's from fw11 iirc

@gtrans i'll post brands in spoiler

Cap: Monoprix
Nylon power net + felted wool jacket: Peir Wu*
Synthetic dress shirt: Prada
Pleated front long sweater: Ute Ploier
Waxed cords: April77
Trainers: Rick Owens

*My picture sucks like usual but you guys really have to check out Peir Wu, her designs are basically what Balenciaga men's always wanted to be (futuristic urban military uniforms for your neighborhood friendly fascist) but couldn't quite reach due to the usage of pedestrian or at least not tech-enough fabrics. The jacket is made from nylon powernet and felted wool, the former being a breathable tech fabric that just kills it, ad in the velcro cuffs and you're in for a visual treat. I don't often do this and have bought from Suspension point without mentioning it but this designer deserves the limelight. Oh and the new season sweaters are going to be even better.icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

is that jacket the same one from suspension point? looks really great, especially with the red shirt underneath.

I need to pm Platypus about the sizing of pw outwear. She makes some great stuff and props to him for stocking the collection. Peir Wu does the minimalist thing much better than Yang Li IMO.

I don't think it is fair to compare Yang Li's eastern inspired, romantic designs that depend on volume and movement to create visual impact to Peir Wu's minimalist (for once this is true, I don't even think Helmut Lang was a minimalist) and futuristic ones that are more easily photographed as they're about sharp lines and a sort static menace, we're talking about two totally different universes. I went true to size with the jacket and tried another one that was also true to size so PW seems to be quite consistent with sizing.

Thanks for the encouragement, jet. The cardigan is sick and unlike anything else I have. I have a craving for the a la menthe and shisha right now.

I snoozed. I asked Jet about the thickness, and just wasn't sure it could hold up to the wild north frown.gif
